studio rules

  • Booking time slot includes setup and teardown/clean up. If you need additional time, please consider booking an additional 30 minutes (inquire with us). Please be courteous of our next rental sessions.
  • Studio(s) need to be returned to the condition they were in at the start of your session. If found otherwise, a cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
  • Any and all damage to furniture, props, serving ware, walls, flooring, or backdrops will be billed accordingly to Renter and due within 15 days of rental.
  • Maximum of 30 individuals in the space at any given time due to fire code and safety.
  • No alcohol is allowed on the premise unless written agreement is signed by both parties and proof of event insurance is obtained by renter naming Nook Hamel, LLC in policy.
  • No pets allowed in the space.
  • No cutting or direct heat on countertops.
  • Music is to be kept at a reasonable level.
  • No smoking of any kind allowed on property.
  • Sessions and events that include paint, food (cake smash), smoke, confetti, glitter, hair cutting, and/or feathers must be approved by The Nook prior to session.
